This page explains how to delete your account and associated data from Jazz Piano Master, an app operated by CP Global Dynamics LLC. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time, either inside the app or by requesting deletion through this page without installing the app.
Delete In the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open Jazz Piano Master
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the tab bar)
- Scroll down to the Advanced section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Delete via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@jazzpianomaster.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar, bio)
- All lesson progress and course completion data
- Study session history and practice logs
- Achievements and badges
- Certificates and credentials
- AI coaching usage records
- Purchase and subscription records
What is retained, and why: Some data may persist for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being permanently purged. Your purchase and subscription records are removed from our servers when your account is deleted; the authoritative transaction records are retained by our payment processors (Apple, Google, and RevenueCat) to meet tax, accounting, and financial record-keeping obligations. We do not keep your data longer than necessary for these purposes.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription separately:
- iOS: Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Jazz Piano Master > Cancel
- Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Jazz Piano Master > Cancel
