Billing questions

How do I subscribe?

In the app. Open the Settings tab and tap Premium Access, or tap a Premium course or tool and choose View Plans. Pick Monthly, Annual or Lifetime, then approve the payment on the App Store or Google Play confirmation sheet. If you are using the app as a guest, it first asks you to sign in, with Apple on an iPhone or with Google, so the purchase stays with your account.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial on Monthly or Annual. The store's confirmation sheet shows whether it applies before you approve.

How do I cancel?

Through your App Store or Google Play account. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, Jazz Piano Master and Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Jazz Piano Master and Cancel subscription. In the app, the Settings tab, Premium Access and Manage Subscription take you straight there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or it renews. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Does Lifetime renew?

No. Lifetime is one payment, with no subscription and no renewal, and the Premium it opens in this app does not expire. If you already have Monthly or Annual, turn off its renewal before you buy Lifetime, because buying Lifetime does not cancel it.

How do I get Premium back on a new phone?

Sign in on the new phone with the same account you sign in to the app with. If Premium does not appear, open the Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases. Moving from an iPhone to Android? Sign in with Apple works only on iPhone, so before you switch, open the Settings tab on your iPhone and tap Add Google Sign-In, then sign in with Google on the new phone.

Why is the price different in my country?

The prices on this page are US reference prices, in US dollars. Your store shows the price for your country on its confirmation sheet before you approve, and that is the price you pay.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the refund policies of the App Store and Google Play, because every purchase is made through them. Apple takes requests at reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, and the Google Play Help Center explains how to request one from Google.
